Supporting Students with Disability into Employment and Independence
Barkuma’s Transition Program is a 12-month initiative designed to help final-year students with disability and learning difficulties move confidently from school into future pathways. With a blend of structured learning, skill development, accredited training, and work placements supported by your choice of Employment Pathways Program students are supported every step of the way.
Despite the end of government funding in 2019, Barkuma continues to self-fund this program – ensuring students and schools still have access to this valuable transition opportunity.
