We provide services to high school students with disability to create, pursue and achieve their life goals. Each service is tailored to students at different stages in their lives. Explore our school supports below.
Better Pathways is a service that will support students to engage with their education and explore wider opportunities for their futures. Students can work with Pathway Workers from Year 10 up until 6 months after they finish school.
The Transition Program is a 12 month program designed to assist final year high school students in making the transition from school to employment or further study. The program is open to students going into their last year of high school.
We provide Case Management services to students with disability who are disengaged from education through the FLO program. We provide individualised programs to meet the unique needs of each student.
Through one-on-one support with a dedicated worker we support you to engage with the community and your education. We can work with you in any year level and can continue into your post school year.
School Leaver Employment Supports or SLES is an NDIS support to assist you in gaining the skills and confidence to move from school to work. We can provide up to 24 months of tailored support to suit you.
