The Australian Government have created a national database of accredited training from 1st January 2015. In order for your results to be included you will need to provide us with the Government allocated Unique Student Identifier (USI).
The Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a national student alpha-numeric 10 digit code that will allow you to see all of your individual training results (completed from 2015 onwards) from all providers including all completed training units and qualifications in one space. Each individual account will be linked to the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) Data Collection, meaning you will be able to find, collate and authenticate your VET achievements into a single transcript. It will also ensure that your training records are not lost. Parchments or statements of attainment cannot be issued to you without a Unique Student Identifier.
Please go to usi.gov.au for information on how to create your Unique Student Identifier.
