If you are dissatisfied with the assessment process, you have the right to appeal. Initially, discuss your appeal with your Trainer/ Assessor. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, refer to the Complaints procedure described below.
Barkuma has processes in place to seek your feedback about the quality and relevance of the training we provide. We will periodically seek your input to ensure continuous improvement of our training and assessment activities.
However, if at any time you are unhappy with our training and/or assessment or would like to provide ideas on improving our service, we strongly encourage you to talk to us about your views.
If you have a complaint or would like to appeal an assessment decision Barkuma has a procedure in place to listen and deal with your concerns. We will document your complaint / appeal and address your concerns as soon as possible to mutual satisfaction. You may request the presence of an advocate or support person on these occasions.
