Certificate I in Introductory Vocational Education (IVEC) is a nationally accredited course that focuses on preparing people for employment. Students learn how to improve their chances of securing employment; how to communicate effectively in the workplace; and what's expected of them as employees.

Barkuma Training offers Certificates III and IV in Employment Services which are designed to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to effectively support people with disabilities in open employment settings.
Certificates III and IV in Disability Work meet the requirements for all state funded disability support organisations. Barkuma Training is using this program to equip staff of its Community Living Support service and is making it available to other organisations providing accommodation support to people with disabilities.
Barkuma Training offers Certificate IV in Mental Health which is designed to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to effectively support people affected by mental illness and psychiatric disability.
