Barkuma is a member based, not-for-profit organization that provides a range of services to assist people with a disability to live and work in the community.

We believe that society is enriched through the participation of people of all abilities and we look for innovative ways to facilitate this.

Established in 1967 by a group of parents in Adelaide's northern suburbs, Barkuma has grown to employ more than 140 staff across 8 sites in metropolitan Adelaide. Barkuma currently provides services to over 1000 people with disabilities.
